Stakeholder engagement

The Green Gas Certification project was launched in Dublin on Wednesday 26th April 2017. Over 60 industry experts, policy makers and academics attended. The project team presented the plan for the project and led a lively discussion with the stakeholders to identify their priorities for the certification scheme.

Massachusetts State Senator Marc Pacheco provided an international perspective as he spoke about the climate initiatives that he delivered in his home state.

The MaREI team will engage with key policy makers, industry and the wider energy community to ensure that their needs are included in the scheme design.
